Whilst Newtown Garden Market takes care to maintain accuracy and provide information that is up to date; we cannot warrant the completeness and stock levels and prices are subject to change at any time.
Our products online and instore are sourced from the same suppliers. We endeavour to provide plants as close to the images provided on our website however there might be slight variations. We do not accept responsibility for these variations. These variations might include -
- Colour variation due to differing batches in greenlife. Variation due to monitor settings might also occur.
- Non-greenlife may have size variations. Our measurements are approximate and we try to be as accurate as possible.
- Garden products such as fertilisers, pesticides, fungicides, manures, potting mixes and mulches all have detailed information on their packaging for their recommended use. Please ensure that the uses and recommendations stated on the packaging are suitable for your needs.

- Orders
All orders placed with Newtown Garden Market are considered binding. If a product is ordered that is out of stock, we will endeavour to restock the product in a timely fashion. If the product is no longer available, you will be issued with a complete refund or replacement product.
No refunds are issued for incorrectly chosen products so care must be taken to ensure the products you are purchasing are correct and are suitable for your requirements. It is also the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure all personal details and ordering information are correct.
- Cancellations and Returns
Purchasers are encouraged to choose carefully as Newtown Garden Market may not issue a full refund simply for change of mind or incorrect purchases.
Returns can be issued by contacting Newtown Garden Market by email or phone. All returns will be assessed on an individual basis, with elapsed time since purchase and condition of goods being considered. Returns must be packaged securely, free from damage and in their original packaging with labels intact, where applicable.
Returns period is 2 days for greenlife and 14 days for greenlife, but this may be subject to change based on other factors. Proof of purchase must accompany any returns.
All products purchased must be inspected at time of purchase. This is the responsibility of the purchaser and Newtown Garden Market will not accept any responsibility for any visible defects that are not reported within 48 hours from the time of receiving the order. If you believe your product is unsatisfactory, please contact Newtown Garden Market as soon as possible.
- Prices and Gift Vouchers
All prices stated are in Australian Dollars and are inclusive of GST. All prices exclude the delivery fee, unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change at any time at the discretion of Newtown Garden Market.
Gift vouchers are redeemable in store and online. Newtown Garden Market will not redeem gift vouchers for cash value, nor will cash change be issued. Gift vouchers should be treated like cash where lost or stolen vouchers may not be replaceable.
When the purchase amount exceeds the total of an issued gift voucher, the purchaser is responsible for paying the remaining amount.
- Delivery
All orders can be collected from Newtown Garden Market, 538 King St Newtown 2042 NSW.
Delivery is subject to full payment and delivery fee by Newtown Garden Market. Delivery fee will vary based on location.
- Jurisdiction and Government Law
Newtown Garden Market’s Terms & Conditions are governed by the law in force in the state of New South Wales Australia, and the parties irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales for determining any dispute concerning the Terms & Conditions.
