G.A.N.G. stands for Growing Addicts’ Nature Guild, Newtown Garden Market's loyalty programme for anyone who shops with us on King Street or online. Every dollar you spend earns points, and the more you spend over time, the faster you earn.
How to join NGM G.A.N.G.
It's free to join, and takes about a minute.
Online: Create an account at checkout or through your account page. Purchases at King Street and on the website count toward the same points balance.
In-store: tell the team at the till you'd like to join and they'll set you up before you've finished packing your bag. Not sure when to pop in? Get in touch or check our hours.
How do I earn loyalty points?
Make sure you're logged into your account whenever you shop online, so the purchase attaches to your balance automatically. Shopping in-store, ask the team to link your account to the sale before you pay, points only credit to transactions that are linked at the register.
The four NGM G.A.N.G. tiers
NGM G.A.N.G. has four tiers based on how much you've spent with us since joining. You move up automatically once your spend crosses each threshold, nothing to apply for, and your earn rate increases at each tier.

Redeeming your NGM G.A.N.G. points
Every point is worth about a cent, so earning 1, 2 or 3 points per dollar works out to roughly 1%, 2% or 3% back on everything you spend, depending on your tier. Your points sit on your account and build up automatically once they're earned. Ask our team in-store any time to redeem them or see what's currently on offer.
