Refund policy

Newtown Garden Market will happily assist customers with their return requests. Refunds and exchanges must be processed within 2 days after purchase for greenlife items and 14 days for non-greenlife items.

All returns must be unused and in original condition with any tags still attached. 

We ask that customers thoroughly inspect purchases on delivery arrival and please contact us if any item is damaged, defective or incorrect. Delivery or postage costs incurred with purchase will not be refunded and in the event that you request another delivery, additional expenses will be charged. Images on our online store are for illustration purposes only and may vary from product customers receive, however they are updated frequently to represent items accurately.

If you are collecting your Purchase from our Store please make sure you bring identification or if you are getting someone else to collect your items please advise us who will be collecting on your behalf, they will also need to be identified.
